Puppy Vaccination Schedule

Proper vaccination is essential for your puppy's health. We ensure all our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations before going to their new homes.

Vaccinations Completed Before Adoption

Each puppy receives their first series of core vaccinations, typically administered between 6 and 8 weeks of age. This includes the combination vaccine that protects against:

  • Distemper
  • Hepatitis (Adenovirus)
  • Parvovirus
  • Parainfluenza

Recommended Vaccination Schedule

Your veterinarian will continue the vaccination schedule after you bring your puppy home:

Age Vaccines
6-8 weeks Combination vaccine (1st dose) - Administered by us
10-12 weeks Combination vaccine (2nd dose)
14-16 weeks Combination vaccine (3rd dose), Rabies
12-16 weeks Bordetella (if needed)

Important

Until your puppy completes their full vaccination series, avoid areas where unvaccinated dogs may have been. This includes dog parks, pet stores, and sidewalks in high-traffic areas.

Deworming Schedule

All puppies are dewormed regularly from 2 weeks of age. This protects against common intestinal parasites and ensures your puppy arrives healthy.

Records Provided

When you receive your puppy, you will get complete vaccination and deworming records that include:

  • Dates of all vaccinations administered
  • Vaccine brand and lot numbers
  • Deworming medication and dates
  • Recommendations for future vaccinations
