Our Return and Refund Policy
We want every puppy to find their forever home. However, we understand that circumstances can change. Here is our policy to ensure fair treatment for both families and puppies.
Our Commitment
Deposits
- A deposit is required to reserve a puppy
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another puppy
- If we are unable to provide the reserved puppy, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred
Returns Within the First 72 Hours
If you need to return your puppy within 72 hours of pickup or delivery:
- The puppy must be returned in the same health condition
- A partial refund may be issued minus the deposit and shipping costs
- You must provide veterinary records from your wellness visit
Returns for Health Reasons
If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic health condition covered by our guarantee:
- Contact us immediately with veterinary documentation
- We will work with you to find the best solution
- Options include a replacement puppy, partial refund, or assistance with veterinary costs
Not Covered
- Health issues caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care
- Conditions resulting from failure to continue vaccinations
- Issues arising from improper nutrition
- Behavioral issues (though we are happy to offer guidance)
Rehoming Assistance
If at any point you can no longer keep your puppy, please contact us. We offer:
- Help finding a suitable new home
- Assistance listing through our network
- Guidance throughout the rehoming process
